One of the more fascinating aspects of being in the stone and landscaping product business involves seeing the endless variety of stone that arrives here on our more than 5-acre yard at Stone Distributors. We take pride in working with quarries that offer some of the highest quality, visually-appealing stones in our region. Additionally we contract with a quarry in Oklahoma for that very same reason: they also supply us with top quality, eye-catching varieties of stone that are virtually impossible to find anywhere else within our footprint (the middle to northern Georgia area including the greater Atlanta region).
Now, it goes without saying that no two stones (at least not those that come from nature) are ever a 100% carbon copy. But that truth does not begin to explain some of the mind-blowing patterns and colorations we see arrive at our yard on a daily basis.
