Remember back a month ago in a late April two-part Fresh Off The Truck when we told you about that special order of 36 tons of a variety of stone one of our customers needed ASAP and we were able to fulfill it (in 2 shipments) even quicker than we originally promised? Well, we received another call similar to that in the middle of this week from a customer in Ft. Pierce, Florida. So how did we do with it this time?
The call came in Wednesday for 24-tons of a variety of Flagstone. The customer is picking it up with his own truck but needed us to have it ready for him on our yard “by the end of the week, if possible.”
Possible? Of course it is possible. Special orders don’t upset us here at Stone Distributors… instead, we love the challenge! And here are the results:
The entire shipment arrived on our yard yesterday morning and is ready for pick up. Once again, even earlier than promised.
